St. Thomas University Dormitory in Miami
Cascia and Donnellon HallsDonnellon Hall for male and Cascia Hall for female residents (built in 1966) are traditional style corridor residence halls with community bathroom facilities and are occupied by mostly undergraduate students. Each room is furnished with a single bed, clothing armoire, dresser, desk and chair for each resident. Basic cable service with approximately 40 channels and local telephone service hook-up as well as free high speed internet access are provided. All rooms are air-conditioned. Villanova HallVillanova Hall, the newest residence, opened in January 2007. This four-story residence includes accommodations consisting of two bedroom suites (two students per bedroom), a sitting room, one full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom en suite. Suites are furnished with bed, desk, chair and dresser for each student. The living area has a loveseat, two chairs, end tables, armoire, pub table and four chairs, small refrigerator and microwave. Single rooms have a bed, easy chair and table, desk and chair, dresser, and night stand. Central Air conditioning, cable and phone service is also available in each room or suite.
